How to make mushroom tofu
Mushroom tofu ingredients
· 100g soft tofu, drained
· 12 dried shiitake mushrooms
· 150g pork, minced
· 50g carrot, minced
· 1 tablespoon cooking wine
· 1 teaspoon salt
· 1 tablespoon starch
Mushroom tofu instructions
1. Soak the dried mushroom in a bowl for about 3 hours. Then drain the water in a clean cup and reserve for use in making the sauce. Wash and chop the mushrooms

2. Add the pork, carrot, tofu, cooking wine and salt in a bowl and mix well.

3. Spread the mushrooms on the plate and put the tofu paste on the mushrooms with a spoon.

4. Transfer the plate in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.

This was delicious! It was my first time following a tofu recipe and I’m very happy with how it turned out. I guess I just didn’t know what to do with tofu before. This is even better than the tofu at any of the restaurants at which I’ve eaten tofu dishes. Thanks for making the recipe so easy to follow, too!
