Miso Tofu
The miso tofu is an easy appetizer. Miso is likewise high in protein, manganese, and zinc. I made this miso-coated tofu into a low-carb veggie lover or keto vegetarian formula because such huge numbers of us are hoping to lessen carbs in our eating regimens. So this is a healthy and delicious recipe.
