Tofu Cheesecake

Tofu cheesecake recipe

You’ll need:

200g silk tofu
200g cheese
2 eggs
50g sugar
Soy flour
5 inch round cake mold

How to make tofu cheesecake

1. Spread baking paper in the cake mold. Place the cheese in a microwave oven (600w) for 20 to 30 seconds until soft, and then stir until smooth.

2. Put silk tofu in a bowl and beat with an eggbeater until smooth. Add the cheese and egg yolks in the bowl. Mix them well.

3. Add egg whites in another bowl and beat it with an eggbeater until foaming. Add sugar and continue to beat until slightly sticky. Then add it in the cheese mixture and mix well.

4. Cover the mold with tin foil, and pour the batter in the cake mold. Preheat the oven 150 degrees, place the mold on a baking pan that filled with 80% hot water and bake for about 50 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for more than 3 hours. Sprinkle with soy flour and serve.
