- 100g soft tofu drained
- 12 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 150g pork minced
- 50g carrot minced
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon starch
Soak the dried mushroom in a bowl for about 3 hours. Then drain the water in a clean cup and reserve for use in making the sauce. Wash and chop the mushrooms
Add the pork, carrot, tofu, cooking wine and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Spread the mushrooms on the plate and put the tofu paste on the mushrooms with a spoon.
Transfer the plate in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
