Mushroom tofu ingredients
· 100g soft tofu, drained
· 12 dried shiitake mushrooms
· 150g pork, minced
· 50g carrot, minced
· 1 tablespoon cooking wine
· 1 teaspoon salt
· 1 tablespoon starch
Mushroom tofu instructions
1. Soak the dried mushroom in a bowl for about 3 hours. Then drain the water in a clean cup and reserve for use in making the sauce. Wash and chop the mushrooms
2. Add the pork, carrot, tofu, cooking wine and salt in a bowl and mix well.
3. Spread the mushrooms on the plate and put the tofu paste on the mushrooms with a spoon.
4. Transfer the plate in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
