I have loved this week of protein prep – it’s been like a good cooking school for me and I super love crunchy tofu and now I feel liken I can actually make it at home. Looking forward to your other recipes.
As soon as I saw this recipe I knew it was dinner.
I’m really picky about the texture of my tofu and usually make it on the stove, but this was amazing! No going back!
Surprisingly good! I don’t think I’d ever order anything with this description in a restaurant, but it was very tasty, filling, and satisfying. Will definitely make this again.
This recipe was spectacular – Highly recommended!
Love the flavor of the tofu (which is nice and firm and crispy)! Thanks for the recipe!
Delicious! I’ve always been a little shy about cooking tofu because I’ve had no luck in the past. But this recipe is so easy and came out great! I used bragg liquid amino Instead of soy sauce and I lined up my cooking sheet with parchment paper. Could not have turned out better! I Used the tofu in a salad And still have plenty left for another meal. Definitely going to make this again and so appreciative of the instructions for pressing the tofu. It makes all the difference
Wonderful way to make tofu. We make this about three times a month. After baking, I toss it into a vegetable stir fry.
Woooww this looks delicious, Thanks for sharing such an amazing recipes…
So this is super easy! Only have to get the even coating right and my oven temp may need to be a lot higher. But still get a good looking tasty tofu with some crispy bits. Thank you for this recipe!
