INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 lactone tofu, sliced
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 2 cheese
• 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon floss
Instructions
1. Put the tofu on a plate and then add the cheese on the tofu.
2. Preheat the oven at 350F/180C for 15 minutes. Bake the tofu in the preheated oven about 2 minutes.
3. Sprinkle the light soy sauce, black pepper, and floss on it. Serve.

I love this recipe. I had better luck draining the tofu for a full day before to get as much moisture out. I also like it a tad bit sweeter so I add a little more brown sugar. Talk about addicting! I could eat the whole batch if I let myself!
