- 1 block Chiba tofu sliced
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- Dried chili
- 20g pork belly
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- salt
Thinly sliced Chiba tofu and pork belly. Cut the red, green pepper and dried chili into small pieces.
Heat a wok with oil, and stir-fry the pork belly under low heat until lightly golden. Add the Chiba tofu and stir-fry a few times.
Add red pepper, green pepper,1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce and salt in the wok. And stir-fry under middle heat for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, sprinkle the green onion and stir-fry a few times. Transfer it on a plate and serve.
