- 400g tofu
- 1 green onion
- 1 carrot
- 60g peanuts
- 90g White rice
- 3 lettuces
For the sauce
- 1g salt
- 0.5g Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 30ml olive
- 30ml low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
Press tofu with heavyweight for 30 minutes, drain and cut into small pieces.
Mix 1g salt and 1 teaspoon corn starch in a bowl. Heat a pan with 30ml olive, and stir-fry tofu under middle heat for 10 minutes until golden.
Add 30ml low sodium soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce and 0.5g black pepper in tofu. Shred carrots, mashed peanuts chop the green onion. Add them in the pan and stir well.
Spread the lettuce leaves on a chopping board, and scoop rice into each lettuce leaf and add tofu mixture on it. Serve.
