Tofu Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 400g tofu
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 60g peanuts
  • 90g White rice
  • 3 lettuces

For the sauce

  • 1g salt
  • 0.5g Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 30ml olive
  • 30ml low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch

Instructions

  • Press tofu with heavyweight for 30 minutes, drain and cut into small pieces.
  • Mix 1g salt and 1 teaspoon corn starch in a bowl. Heat a pan with 30ml olive, and stir-fry tofu under middle heat for 10 minutes until golden.
  • Add 30ml low sodium soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce and 0.5g black pepper in tofu. Shred carrots, mashed peanuts chop the green onion. Add them in the pan and stir well.
  • Spread the lettuce leaves on a chopping board, and scoop rice into each lettuce leaf and add tofu mixture on it. Serve.
