Ingredients

  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 200g cooked rice
  • 70g Japanese tofu
  • 1 Gourd
  • 1 scallion stalk
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Oyster sauce

Instructions

  • Cut the vegetables and tofu into small pieces.
  • Heat a wok with oil, and stir-fry the Japanese tofu until golden. Transfer on a bowl.
  • Heat the wok again, and stir-fry scallion stalk until fragrant. Add the cooked rice and stir well. Add vegetables and Japanese tofu in the wok and stir-fry evenly.
  • Sprinkle black pepper, oyster sauce, salt and sugar into the wok. And mix them well. Transfer them on a plate and serve.
