- 1/2 carrot
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 200g cooked rice
- 70g Japanese tofu
- 1 Gourd
- 1 scallion stalk
- Salt
- Sugar
- Oyster sauce
Cut the vegetables and tofu into small pieces.
Heat a wok with oil, and stir-fry the Japanese tofu until golden. Transfer on a bowl.
Heat the wok again, and stir-fry scallion stalk until fragrant. Add the cooked rice and stir well. Add vegetables and Japanese tofu in the wok and stir-fry evenly.
Sprinkle black pepper, oyster sauce, salt and sugar into the wok. And mix them well. Transfer them on a plate and serve.
