200g cooked rice
70g Japanese tofu
1 Gourd
1 scallion stalk
Salt
Sugar
Oyster sauce

How to make tofu fried rice

1. Cut the vegetables and tofu into small pieces.

2. Heat a wok with oil, and stir-fry the Japanese tofu until golden. Transfer on a bowl.

3. Heat the wok again, and stir-fry scallion stalk until fragrant. Add the cooked rice and stir well. Add vegetables and Japanese tofu in the wok and stir-fry evenly.

4. Sprinkle black pepper, oyster sauce, salt and sugar into the wok. And mix them well. Transfer them on a plate and serve.
