- 14 ounce block of silken tofu drained and cut into 3/4” cubes
- 3 Salted duck egg
- 1 ham sausage
- 2 green onions minced
- 2 teaspoons starch
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons ginger minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 bowl shrimp
Heat wok with oil, and stir-fry white onions until fragrant. Add shrimp and ginger to the wok and stir-fry until browned.
Add salted duck egg yolk and fry evenly, then pour cooking wine and oyster sauce.
Put the salted duck protein and ham sausage on the wok and continue to stir fry. Then transfer it to a casserole and add tofu.
Pour a bowl of water into the wok and cook about 2-3minutes.
Add starch cook until the sauce has thickened. Turn off the fire. Sprinkle with vinegar, sesame oil, white pepper, and onion.
