Salted Duck Egg Stewed Tofu

Ingredients

  • 14 ounce block of silken tofu drained and cut into 3/4” cubes
  • 3 Salted duck egg
  • 1 ham sausage
  • 2 green onions minced
  • 2 teaspoons starch
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ginger minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 bowl shrimp

Instructions

  • Heat wok with oil, and stir-fry white onions until fragrant. Add shrimp and ginger to the wok and stir-fry until browned.
  • Add salted duck egg yolk and fry evenly, then pour cooking wine and oyster sauce.
  • Put the salted duck protein and ham sausage on the wok and continue to stir fry. Then transfer it to a casserole and add tofu.
  • Pour a bowl of water into the wok and cook about 2-3minutes.
  • Add starch cook until the sauce has thickened. Turn off the fire. Sprinkle with vinegar, sesame oil, white pepper, and onion.
