- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 1(8-ounce) block extra-firm tofu drained and cut into 1-2cm cubes
- 1 tablespoon starch
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons white sesame
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame paste
Make the sauce mixture. Combine white sesame, sugar, white vinegar, sesame paste, and white miso paste in a bowl. Set aside.
Add tofu into starch on the bowl, make each side of tofu covered with a thin layer starch.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add tofu and fry until each side becomes golden.
Then transfer the tofu in a plate and sprinkle the sauce mixture on the tofu. Serve.
