Pickled Mustard Steamed Tofu

Ingredients

  • 14 ounce block of silken tofu drained and cut into 3/4” cubes
  • 6 ounces ground pork minced
  • 2 green onions minced
  • 2 teaspoons steamed fish oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 1/2 bowl pickled mustard minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Mix the pork, pickled mustard, and oyster sauce in a bowl and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Add the tofu on a plate. Sprinkle the marinated pork and pickled mustard evenly on the tofu.
  • Put the appropriate water in the special steamer of the microwave oven. Add the tofu mixture in a steaming pan, cover the steamer and transfer it in the microwave. Steam it for about 9 minutes.
  • When the tofu is steamed, remove it from the microwave oven. Add the steamed fish oyster sauce and sprinkle green onion on the tofu to serve.
