Fry Tofu with Egg

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce block of firm tofu drained and cut into 3/4” cubes
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 green onions minced
  • 2 teaspoons white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Crack the eggs in a bowl, add salt into it and mix well. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, and stir-fry tofu until both sides of the tofu become golden.
  • Pour egg liquid in the pan. When the egg liquid condenses, then sprinkle green onions and white pepper on the tofu.
  • Gently spread the whole tofu and egg, transfer it on a plate. Serve.
