- 12 ounce block of firm tofu drained and cut into 3/4” cubes
- 3 eggs
- 2 green onions minced
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Crack the eggs in a bowl, add salt into it and mix well. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, and stir-fry tofu until both sides of the tofu become golden.
Pour egg liquid in the pan. When the egg liquid condenses, then sprinkle green onions and white pepper on the tofu.
Gently spread the whole tofu and egg, transfer it on a plate. Serve.
