Tofu Bacon

This tofu bacon is a great combination that you can get the amazing taste, which is salty-crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 package extra-firm of tofu drained and cut into 2cm slices
  • 100g pickle option
  • 80g bacon

Instructions

  • Boil about 1 L of water with 2 teaspoons of salt and cook the tofu for 2-3 minutes to bring out the bean flavor.
  • Wrap each piece tofu and pickle in bacon, going around at least once so the ends overlap. You may need to cut the bacon.
  • Heat a pan with oil, and fry tofu bacon under small fire until each side becomes golden. Transfer it on a plate. Sprinkle the black pepper powder. Serve.
