Tofu Chicken Sandwich

An easy tofu chicken recipe that can be used in varies recipes. I know that many people try their best to cooking their tofu, but I think that I have perfected it in this recipe for you.

Ingredients

  • 150g chicken breast minced
  • 2 leafs lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 package extra-firm tofu drained and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

Instructions

  • Mix the chicken breast, black pepper powder and salt well in a bowl. Marinate it for 20 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan, cook the tofu on both sides until browned. At the same time, stir-fry the chicken breast until cooked. Sprinkle the black pepper powder on the tofu and chicken breast. Then transfer it and set aside.
  • Assemble sandwich using the tomatoes, ketchup, chicken breast and tofu.
