Tofu Chicken Sandwich

- 150g chicken breast minced
- 2 leafs lettuce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/5 teaspoon salt
- 1 tomato
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 package extra-firm tofu drained and sliced
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
Mix the chicken breast, black pepper powder and salt well in a bowl. Marinate it for 20 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, cook the tofu on both sides until browned. At the same time, stir-fry the chicken breast until cooked. Sprinkle the black pepper powder on the tofu and chicken breast. Then transfer it and set aside.
Assemble sandwich using the tomatoes, ketchup, chicken breast and tofu.
