  • 2 green onions minced
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 bowl vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 tablespoons Cumin powder
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 (12 ounce) package extra-firm of tofu drained and cut into 3/4-inch each


  • Turn the tofu out. Cut the tofu into appropriate pieces and spread them onto a foil paper covered baking sheet. Meanwhile, heat your oven to 400°F.
  • Mix the salt, paprika and cumin powder evenly in a bowl. Spread them evenly on the tofu. Until the end of the side, turn the tofu over and continue to spread the seasoning evenly. Gently toss until the tofu is evenly coated.
  • Mix the vegetable oil and soy sauce in a bowl. Then soak the soy sauce and vegetable oil evenly on the tofu.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about half an hour. Sprinkle the green onions one minute before backing over. Remove baking sheet from the oven and serve.
