Wash the tofu first, and then drain tofu. Then cut tofu into 1 inch by 2 inch chunks.
Heat oil in a pan.
When the oil is hot, turn the fire into small fire and gently add the tofu.( Be very careful as oil may splatter, or you can use the metal tongs)
Put the tofu into the pot and turn the fire into a medium heat. Tofu has begun to nourish. Fry until you can see from the side that the bottom of tofu is golden, then turn the tofu over.
When you turn over the tofu, be sure to turn the fire into a small fire! Prevent your movements from slowing down and letting the tofu go. In addition, do not use the chopsticks to force the tofu, if you do that will make the tofu easy to break!
After turning the tofu all over, turn the fire into medium heat and fry until the other side of the tofu becomes golden. When the tofu is fried, it starts to put the seasoning! Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and almost one-third of the bowl of water.
When the sauce in the pot becomes less and the color of the tofu becomes darker, you can turn off the fire and put the tofu on the plate.
Sprinkle green onions on the tofu (optional)
