Wash the tofu first, and drain tofu. Then cut tofu 1 inch thick triangular piece.
Heat vegetable oil in medium heat and add the tofu. Fried the tofu until the other side becomes golden.
Transfer tofu on a plate.
Wash the green pepper and cut it into small pieces.
Heat the pan and pour the vegetable oil in. Add the green onion, ginger and bean sauce.
Stir fry for a while until you can see the oil becomes red.
Put the black fungus and tofu into the pan then stir fry. Add a small amount of water and sugar. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the green pepper and stir fry.
Mix cornstarch water until fully dissolved. Pour it into the pan. Gently stir for a while. Then turn off the fire and transfer to a plate.
