Cut the tofu into small squares.
Sprinkle starch on the tofu, make each side of tofu covered with a thin layer starch.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add tofu and fry until each side becomes golden. Then transfer the tofu and set aside.
Mix cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, water and salt in a bowl. Heat the mixed sauce in the pan and Stir until it is thick.
Add fried tofu into pan and mix well. Transfer the sweet and sour tofu to the plate.
