Tofu Spaghetti

How to make tofu spaghetti
INGREDIENTS
• 100g tofu
• 1/4 spaghetti
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/3 bottle ketchup
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 100g pork, minced
• 1 tomato, minced
• 1/2 tablespoon starch
• 1tablespoon cooking wine
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the pork mince, starch, cooking wine well in a bowl. Marinate it for a while.
2. Cook the spaghetti following the pack instructions. Set aside.
3. Heat wok with oil, and stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Then, add the pork in the wok and fry until the meat browned all over. Reduce the heat and add the tomato, ketchup, sugar, tofu, and salt and continue to cook until you have a rich, thick sauce.
4. Drain the spaghetti and stir into the tofu paste. Sprinkle the black pepper powder. Serve.

This recipe was very easy and tasty. It’s a really hearty sauce and next time I’ll add sauteed mushrooms. I’ll certainly make it again!!
