Tofu pasta is a kind of home-made delicious food. It mainly made with tofu miso sauce, vegetables and cooked soba. It is easy to make, low calories and rich in nutrients.
Tofu pasta recipes
You’ll need:
160g soft tofu
20g miso
10g mirin
Sesame oil
1g pepper powder
16g peanut butter
Spinach
Soba
1 cooked egg
Cooked sesame

How to cook tofu for pasta
1. Mash 160g tofu in a container. Add 10g mirin,16g peanut butter, 1g pepper, sesame oil and 20-30g miso in the container. Mix them well. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
2. Wash and drain spinach. Heat a wok with water, and cook the spinach for a while. Transfer the spinach in a plate and set aside.
3. Heat a wok with water, and cook the soba for 9-10 minutes. Dry and transfer the soba in the spinach.
4. Mix the soba with spinach and 1 tablespoon of tofu miso sauce. Then, sprinkle some cooked sesame, 1 cooked egg and floss. Serve it.
