Tofu Meatballs
Meatballs are cooked by searing, preparing, steaming, or braising in sauce. There are numerous kinds of meatballs utilizing various sorts of meats and flavors. Serve them up as a fun gathering tidbit, or include some rice and veggies for a flavor-pressed dinner.
How to make tofu meatballs
INGREDIENTS
• 1 egg
• 1(400g) package soft tofu
• 1 green onion, chopped
• 500ml vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon ginger, finely minced
• 270g pork, minced
• 1 tablespoon starch
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the pork, tofu, starch, salt, green onion, ginger, egg in a big bowl to make the meat filling pasta.

2. Add the meat filling pasta in a sealed bag. And cut an opening in the sealed bag.

3. Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Then put the meat filling pasta out of a ball and put it on the spoon. And then placed it in the oil and fried into golden brown.
