Tofu Ground Beef Burger

How to make tofu ground beef burger
INGREDIENTS
• 200g beef, minced
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 onion, minced
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 200g extra-firm of tofu, drained and sliced
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a pan. Stir-fry onion until soft. Transfer it and set aside.
2. Crushed lactone tofu with a colander in a bowl, filter out the excess water.
3. Add the beef mince and salt to the tofu paste and mixed well.
4. Beat the eggs in the bowl, add the onion, ginger, soy sauce and stir with a whisk.
5. Mix well with your hand to ensure the tofu is finely mashed and combined with other ingredients. Form into 4 burger-sized patties.
6. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Fry the patties until golden brown, about 1 minute per side. Cover the lid and continue to simmer for 1-2 minutes.
7. Sprinkle the ketchup or black pepper sauce. Serve.
