Steamed Tofu

As one of the most prominent and humble Chinese food, we eat tofu around the year. This healthy recipe is just quick and easy to prepare.

How to make steamed tofu

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 teaspoon chicken essence
• 4 eggs
• 1 package soft tofu
• 1 green onion, chopped
• 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
• 1 tablespoons ginger, finely minced
• 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 100g pork, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Beat the 4 eggs in a glass container and add the tofu, then set up your steamer and steam the tofu for 10 minutes. Set aside

2. Heat oil and fry scallion, ginger and pork minced over until aroma. Add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir a few times until fragrant.

3. Pour the cooked meat over the steamed tofu.

4. Serve it.
