Spiced Tofu Stir Fry

The combination of spiced tofu, pork belly and vegetables makes this dish rich in flavor and nutrition. With a white meal, this is a very tempting dinner!

Spiced Tofu Stir Fry recipe

INGREDIENTS

8 pieces spiced tofu, shredded
100g Pork belly, sliced
1 teaspoon chili sauce
3 pieces ginger
1/2 bowl beans or edamame
1 green pepper or chili pepper, shredded
1/2 carrot, shredded
Vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat a pan with oil, and stir-fry ginger until fragrant. Add pork belly and stir-fry it a few minutes. Remove excess animal oil from pork belly.

2. Add 1 teaspoon chili sauce in the pan, and stir-fry it with pork belly evenly. Pour enough boiled water until cover the pork. Cook it under middle heat for 15 minutes.

3. Add 8 pieces of spiced tofu, 1/2 bowl of beans, carrot and green pepper in the pan. Then, add water if need. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce in the pan. Stir-fry it evenly and cover the lid. Cook it for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
