Smoked Tofu
Smoked tofu is a traditional Chinese Food. The surface of smoked tofu is brown-yellow, however inside is white and tender. It has a rich gluten flavor. Smoked tofu can be made as salad, stew smoked, or cut into thin slices and then lightly fried with fresh peppers. Give us a new taste choice.
How to make Smoked Tofu?
INGREDIENTS
• 100g smoked tofu
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 Avocado, cut into 1cm cubes
• 1 Bread,sliced
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons sesame sauce
• 1/2 lemon
• 1 teaspoon sesame
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon mint, chopped
• 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
1. Cut the tofu into small squares.

2. Heat a pan and pour the olive oil in, add the tofu and soy sauce stir-fry for 5 minutes.

3. Mix the avocado and lemon juice well in a plate. Set aside.

4. Spread the bread slice with a thin layer sesame sauce evenly. Then put the avocado and tofu on it. Sprinkle the mint, sesame, salt, and black pepper on it. Serve.

Smoked tofu is wonderful, but I haven’t tasted it for years because I haven’t seen it in the shops. Silken tofu tastes like damp dishcloth to me.
