• 2 teaspoons white sesame
• 2 tablespoons white vinegar
• 1 teaspoon sesame paste

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make the sauce mixture. Combine white sesame, sugar, white vinegar, sesame paste, and white miso paste in a bowl. Set aside.

2. Add tofu into starch on the bowl, make each side of tofu covered with a thin layer starch.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add tofu and fry until each side becomes golden.

4. Then transfer the tofu in a plate and sprinkle the sauce mixture on the tofu. Serve.
