Hiyayakko Tofu

* 1 cube kinugoshi-dofu (silk tofu)
* 1 tbsp grated ginger
* 1 tbsp dried bonito flakes (katsuobushi)
* 1 tbsp chopped green onion
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
Cut tofu into quarters. Put grated ginger, bonito flakes, and green onion on top of the tofu. Pour some soy sauce before eating. Enjoy!
